kim jong il- one of the greatest leaders of all time

ever since comunism collapsed in china, the whole world has pretty much been drooling over kapitalism, including china itself. however, there was one country left, korea. the greedy of the world wanted to pressure korea into kapitalism. it was very hard for korea to resist the kinds of pressures, and sanctions put forth on korea. it was no wonder why korea decided to try kapitalism, but it was the wisdom of kim jong il that turned korea back on track. i wont say that korea is comunist, because it probably isnt, but one things for sure, korea just isnt quite as extreme as japan, or even china, and vietnam. in other words, the korean people still have some say in korea, compared to the people of singapore who have 0 say. therefore mr kim must be comended for his decision making, because if you look back and think, some of the leaders who failed to see the dangers of kapitalism include krushchev, deng, and nguyen. history tells us that these guys kept going despite the consequences, but kim was a smarter man, and it wasnt just smarts, his vision was just far more greater. kim also did what even mao couldnt do, which was to prevent a dengist from seizing power. for this reason alone, the kim family deserves the highest praise. as i mentioned before, one of mao's biggest mistakes was choosing his successor. he did a wonderful job with lin, but choosing hua was just a huge fumble. mao also seemingly took no precaution at protecting the future of the gang of 4, and pretty much served the pla on a silver platter to the revisionists.

when kim was invited to shenzen china, the dengists tried to woe him into accepting a similar scheme. the chinese wanted to show him all the glamorous developments, and all the benefits of being bourgeois. be like us, take the kapitalist road, china said. we're rich and prosperous. don't you want to be rich? but this logic doesnt work. take for example japan. they're rich, and lauded by the "international comunity", but at the same time, decadence, greed, and crime is out of control. japan has no sovrenty at all, and is controled by the west. the japanese have no say to what goes on in their own country. in a sense, what japan has done is sacrifice its independence for wealth. perhaps kim saw this, and didnt want to be anyones pupet. so,  despite what seemed to be luxury, kim was not impressed. there was something in him that believed it's not worth it, but he was left with little choice. the whole world, including the worlds most powerful countries all wanted him to become a kapitalist, so he decided to give it a try. however, he noticed in a short period of time that kapitalism wasnt going to work. maybe the deception of the kapitalists turned him off. kim tried to reverse the kapitalism, and prevent the kinds of mistakes that deng had made only a few decades before him. to the "international comunity" (parasites), kim was a disapointment, but to the people, mr kim is someone of the highest integrity, and principle. sure, he could have accepted the kapitalism, became a rich man, and lived in luxury, but he resisted the temptations, something that few leaders, if any, can do in the modern era. he and the korean people would rather live as free poor men, than as slaves wearing rolex watches. china frequently proclaims itself as one of the greatest civilizations, but history tells us otherwise. while china took us to perhaps the highest levels reached for man kind, it also showed us how flawed it was in 78, and subsequently. therefore, it could very well be that the north koreans are in fact, the most advanced civilization on the planet, the one with the most endurance. it takes an advanced creature to show no interest in starbucks coffee, and name brand clothes. it's the savages who are falling for bmw;s, and iphones. the north korean people have shown us that theyre not interested in kapitalism, at least not in the vietnamese fashion.
